Payment is accepted online using a credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely using the payment provider Stripe. Your payment details are processed securely by then, we do not store any of your payment details. We accept payment in GBP.
In addition to connecting with Stripe, details of the transaction will be shared with the event host for the purposes of facilitating your order.
All sales are made directly with the event host/ product vendor. Any disputes or queries relating to the tickets or items that you have purchaced should be raised with the event host or product vendor, including any rights you wish to exercise under the Distance Selling Regulations. Tckt.uk is not the seller in any transaction on this site.
Tickets are delivered automatically after purchase. These will be sent to your email, and can also be accessed via your account.
Physical products will be delivered by the vendor according to delivery method that you selected or will be available for collection from the vendor if this is the option you picked.
Terms in relation to cancellation will vary depending on event host or product vendor. Consult the event or product terms for their return or refund policy and fees.
It is currently only permitted to promote events and sell products within the United Kingdom, all event hosts and product vendors must be at least 18 years of age and legally reside within the United Kingdom.
It is not permitted to promote any event that is illegal, promotes gambling, promotes hate, or is explicit in nature. Tckt.uk may remove any event or organiser for any reason at any time as is deemed necessary.
No products that are illegal, regulated or age restricted may be sold on this site. Any listing deemed to be inappropiate by Tckt.uk will be removed without warning.
Event hosts and product sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products are legal, and that all legal obligations relating to the sale (including but not limited the appropiate payment of taxes, and ensuring products and events are safe).
We collect the minimum required amount of personal data in order to fulfil your order. This data will be kept secure, and only passed on to third parties (such as payment providers, and fulfilment partners) in order to deliver the products that you have ordered.
The event host and where selected group leader of your event will be able to view all of the information that you provide at the point of purchasing your tickets or products. This information is kept securely within the tckt.uk dashboard. How each host processes this data will vary, consult the event terms for more details.
If we suspect that an order has been made fraudulently we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Each individual event hosted on this platform is subject to it's own additional terms. Additionally additional terms will apply to each individual vendors sale of products. Consult these terms before completing the purchace of items.
Use of this service is offered on an as is basis. No guarentee or SLA is given for the absence of bugs or disruptions to the service, and no compensation will be given for such disruptions. Should any disruption affect a transaction we will investigate it as soon as is reasonably possible, and provide a solution to rectify the issue or cancel the transaction and provide a refund as the earliest possible opportunity.
